i just got my car like a week ago and i turend on my headlights and they were pretty dim. Can this be the bulbs or the fuse. i am not sure. Also when i go into reversed i dont think my reverse lights go on..can this be the bulbs also?

sorry guys...i meant my reverse lights dont go on when i go into reverse
