so since I had own the car for more than a year so far I havent experiences any issues much other then oil sensor works sometime, power steering leaks at a snail pace. my car since last year the door where I put my key into my driver side door doesnt go all the way in. ( i figures its probably water because i left the car on a hill and it was raining pretty hard ( cali drought first rainstorm). so now everytime i need to use my car I need to go through the passenger side which is a giant hassle.

I am debating ( I cant afford to call a locksmith, getting new car in a few month, gonna dd it ) to just cut at a certain again and maybe pull the tab inside to unlock my door, and just leave it unlock since I garage my car and it barely see the road much except commute from school to home. The reason why I do this is because i had the door originally replace with another door ( giant dent push in), however I wanted to keep everything as originally as possible, but the shop I took it too cant make it work so in that process cut the door actuator so the only way to open or lock the door is to do it with the key outside. it was fine but now since I cant even jam my key all the way in (like just the tip, i used graphite lube to try to get the key to go in but it still doesnt work).

so my dilemma is it possible to remove the door panel with the door jam shut or should I cut at a certain angle in which I can maybe find a way to unlock the door?

sorry I know I hella mess up when they cut my door acuator but the temptation of solid body looking Z is too great since I am getting all twinz parts

Never tried getting the door panels out with the door closed, obviously it will be difficult with the seat in the way and probably the dash junction, but maybe doable. The panel bottoms tucked in the door well and with friction fasteners may be difficult to get to come loose.
You've definitely painted your way into a corner there, as your choices are slim outside of professional help.

so I manage to see some space between my door where I could see the keyhole, I was wondering what do I need to push, pull, just so the lock might turn and unlock my door?

I had an issue where broken glass got into whatever mechanisms when my window got busted out. I tried and tried to get the door open, and it wouldn't happen. Then a friend came over, and it opened right up. I'd spend a lot of time banging on the door, and playing with the handles before you give up.

After that, if you really wanted, you could definitely remove the door panel surgically by cutting and replace it later. I'd do that before hacking up any metal. Additionally, it *might* be possible to remove the drivers seat to make your life easier. It's super simple, just unplug the electric and unbolt the 4 bolts. The fun would be getting it over to the passenger side and then out.

You were right- someone tried to steal your car.
I had the same problem long ago after my Z31 was stolen, obviously the same guy came back to try the Z32 and his filed-down key broke inside my door lock. I was JUST able to grab it with needlenose pliers or I'd have faced your problem.
If you have a dog, maybe it's time he gets to spend some time outside nights waiting for your buddy? :yesnod
