Dilemma, need help!

I have a dilemma and need some help. I sold my 1992 240sx fastback last week. I'm ready to buy another 240. Here is where the dilemma comes into play. I am looking at 2 cars love them both, both cars are rare, unmolested, no rust and in nearly prestine condition. I can't decide which one to buy this weekend. Can you guys chime in with your thoughts.

1992 240sx convertible, red

1997 240sx base model, dark fuschia - automatic

its your car... not a hard decision

do you want a s13 or s14? our opinion shouldnt really have a great influence on your personal preference between the two

so if you still have the s13 love, buy the vert.... if you want something new, get the s14..

One thing to consider. Where do you live and what are the emissions rules? And will you be modifying to the point where it wouldn't pass OBD2 emissions. One is OBD1 and one is OBD2.

Ive owned both S13's and S14's I like them both. If I had the cash I would score both of them. As for emissions, I'm well aware I've been in the import scene modifying cars for almost 14 years now. None of this is new to me. I know its my decision in the end but I'm undecided. I thought maybe some would sway me one way or the other with some "fruitful" input and feedback.

Everyone is probably going to be biased. Those who own S13s or S14s. Those who own Verts. Etc.

With the '97 being AT and base, it is pretty much equal to the Vert it seems.

Guess it depends if you need cupholders.

Well, here is an update. I decided to go with the Dark Fuschia. The vert had way too much rust on the bottom of the car. The car is bone stock, with the exception of the crappy rims. Body is mint with no rust or dents. First thing Im going to do is rims and lower.
