Hi. I have a 240sx Coupe with the digital dash, and frankly, I'm sick of it. It's been broken and the speedometer doesn't work, and instead of buying a new one for 200 dollars I decided I would much rather just put in an analog one.

How much work do you think this would be, and what parts would I need? If anyone has a link to a site that would help, or anything to that extent, it would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

go on ebay and buy and one, if you have a 89-90 240 then make sure u get a 89-90 cluster, and if u have a 91-93 then make sure u get those years, otherwise it wont work. u can find them for like 50$. you wont need any parts, and u might want to leave the hud unit in the dash so u dont have a hole.

You need the appropriate subharness to swap them.

Boom!

They beat me to it. Just the proper year cluster and the sub-harness. I recently replaced my dash with one from an analog car and I'm waiting to get an analog cluster. Mine blew out before I bought the car and just recently the fuel gauge quit on me, along with the odometer..............

The sub harness is only about a foot long and is located right behind the cluster. It is in plain view and is very easy to change.
