digital speedometer and radio not turning on

well I have a CA swaped 91 coupe, everything was fine, then went to start it started fine, idles revs all light otherwise work. with the exception of the Digital speedo and radio will not come on. I have checked all the fuses. Anyone have any ideas?(i have searched)
