digital Speedo

my digital speedometor is busted and ny works on hot days...why ....not the fuse i replaced that. how can i fix it,....i read all 37 pages of this forum and maybe got one decent answer... (replace the 50v 1uf capasitor) im wating on that part, but im afraid it wont work... how come the back lights dont work my check engin, seatbels and fule lights work, please help me
