Turn light signals arent lighting up either? well first place i'd start would be the connection behind the cluster itself because i believe both of those are on the same plug

I really don't know much about SR swaps, but do all the transmission wires connect straight up?..sounds to me like there is a wiring glitch somewhere, but its strange that its both the speedo and the turnsignals since they are so ..differnt...i'd almost think its the cluster but, thats pretty rare... hope someone else has some better awnsers for ya..

Cluster lights not working usually means faulty TCU. Look around the kickpanel area, where all the fuses are. There should be a white box. That usually causes cluster lights not to work properly.

Odo/Tripmeter not working is probably a bad speed sensor.

Where in socal are you? I might be able to help you out more if I can see the car.
