Digital Dash Install

I have an opportunity to purchase a used instrument cluster with digital spedo and HUD for a 92 240sx. I currently own a 91 240sx with the stock analog instrument cluster. Does anyone know how difficult of a swap this will be. Are the harnesses the same on the digital as the analog? Will I need to do any wiring alterations?

you will need the harness that connects to the cluster from the big thick rope of wires, they are kinda behind the climate control there are two plugs one white and one black
