Digital Cluster + Tail Lamp keep going out...

Well, after I installed my digital cluster in my hatch. My dash and rear taill lamps keep going out. I keep switching fuses, and i've gone up in ampage<sp> so they don't blow as often but now its blowing the moment I turn on the lights.

My questions is, what could be causing this problem??

Also, I have the s13 front end, and before the last fuse blew out. The yellow projection light,(the passenger side) wasn't coming on. I'm HOPING the projection bulb was bad, and thats why the whole thing kept on blowing.

Any INPUT would greatly be appreciated.
