Digital cluster question

I recently got a digital cluster for my sohc, i plugged it all up then turned the key to the on position.the cluster lit up reading 0mph then faded out then on the out and hasnt been back on, Before u start to flame ive searched and nothing has really answered my question, what could be wrong with the cluster?

Sounds like your printed circuit board is torn/broken. Take your cluster back out and check out the backside to look for damage. Also some of the solder points may have gone bad. Mine was doing the same thing and I switched to analog gauge cluster I picked up here on NICO.

If your board is bad you can get a new on at http://www.everythingnissan.com for like $50-$75.

i already searched, if its the circuit board i have a cluster for sale, ill jus go buy a new one
