Digital cluster Help, Already searched LOL

sup everyone, looked all over but couldn't find any info on this.

So i just finished installing my digital gauge cluster in my car, was working perfectly fine until i made a sharp turn and my stereo bounced and turned off. while i was checking my stereo out I pulled it out and some how a ground sparked, once i took it out i turned on my car and the speedo didn't light up, everything else did but that

when i turn my parking lights on it will turn on for a sec, turn off and then the cluster lights turn on.

Just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone, Is it something i can fix some how or am i screwed.

any help would be great.

I do not know much about electronics.

But basic trouble shooting idea might be check where you have the constant hooked up and make sure it is making great contact.

Also make sure all of your grounds associated with those items are well ground on a clean surface, no paint in between the ground and car frame.
