It's really cheap if you have access to a junkyard. I did mine for under $75. And it's easy to replace. There's the black plastic trim that is held in by 2 screws. Undo those and it pulls right out, just make sure to use the steering wheel adjuster to drop it down all the way. Then the gauge cluster is held in by 3 bolts.
