digi cluster help

take a look at this and tell if it looks normal. on the right of the disply it has two burnt looking spots. my speedo and hud do not work along with all my dash lights. temp, tach and gas gauge work fine. i tested the speedo using the guide but the speedo never turned on. also i think i might of cooked the capacitor kinda bubled a little, i only touched it for like 2 seconds. i think i have a wiring issue.



notice the difference between the capacitors? i tested both also.
