Sorry I'm still a noob, rounding out my option so I found a m45 with the DVD player and reclining seats & a m45 sport with just the DVD option for the front.
So besides that what is the difference ? I see the sport has a body kit witch I like but that's all I can tell. Any help is appreciated . Thanks guys.

Mike,

didn't you already ask this question?: post6594181.html?hilit=sport#p6594181

the differences are in the additional packages that these models can come with:
Tech, Advanced Tech, Journey, and Premium (not offered in the sport model)

1. the sport is going to handle and ride a little differently, basically a little rougher (although for the sake of "improved" handling...plus, although some would argue they don't notice anything major, the sport comes with the RAS - rear active steering which is also supposed to help with handling too)
2. Styling differences - although the headlights can be modded to look like the sport, the interior trim can be changed to the aluminum, the sport body kit can be added (quite rare since they don't manufacture it any more), and the rims can also be switched as well. the stitching color isn't so easily changed unless the previous owner switched out the steering wheel and seats

The only difference would be the black housing headlights vs the chrome and 19" wheels. Beside those replaceable parts, you cannot tell a difference on the body

The deck lid, yes. The badge, 06 didn't come with a S badge so no.

I recommend the REG M45. You will get a much better ride and the engines are the same. It also has the optional rear seat VIP treatment (whatever that option was called) which is very rare these days, and you won't need to worry about things like the rear-active-steer which costs thousands when it breaks (and it will). You also get the chromed headlamp housings instead of the 'black-eye look' that the sports models are stuck with.
You didn't mention the mileage or year of either car, so that may be something to consider as well.

Is there any way to tell by VIN#?
