Difficulty w/ members rides uploads???

Anyone else having difficulty w/ member's rides uploads?

I keep getting this message:

home/nissanin/public_html/uploads/26: Error creating directory (check permissions).

members rides are cyrrently undergoing maintenance.Should work fine tommorrow the latest.
