Difficulty in changing catalytic converters?

Ok ya'll, how hard is it to change our catalytic converters? I have a 2006 M35 and the bottom flange/bolts look pretty easy to remove and reinstall, but I'm not sure how tough the top bolts are to replace. Any one attempted this? I couldn't find a previous thread about it. :help:

The FSM should have the instructions on how to remove it...or at least give you an idea.
