Differential

The car I am buying (S11 200SX) has the H165 differential and solid rear axle. Can someone explain to me how this would handle? Is it just a closed diff? I admit my knowledge of diffs is a bit foggy.

It's probably a standard open differential. Having a solid rear axle will make rear handling pretty junky, and an open diff certainly won't help things. I'm afraid you probably wont' find much here, we are all S13 chassis and later gurus......

Yeah I know I have an S13 myself. But there is absolutley NO information about these cars out there other than a few pics. Thanks for your help.
