Differential swap

So, in my area I've called various junkyards about 300zx's but have only found a 200sx from 1995. Does that diff fit the 1997 Q45 the same way as the 300zx diff? I haven't found anything online about the 200sx, nor have I found out what cars carry the z32 diff that would fit the Q45..
Any help would be super appreciated. I doubt the 200 is going anywhere any time soon, but better safe than sorry

look for the old posts from close to 10 years ago. There was a guy Petr that was in the Seattle area as i recall. did the swap and the speedo gear from a J30 to correct, yada yada.

Now for a slightly more technical question.. Would it be possible to simply switch out the interior gears of the diff or do I have to go for the works
