I promise I've gone trough countless Diff treads, but can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. Do any of the 89-91 SE's have LSD's in them? I've run into an SE (89 I think) in the junk yard and am curious about taking the diff and putting it in my 93 base model. Can anyone give me a quick answer?

I seem to remember hearing somewhere that S13 SE models with VLSD had an orange sticker on the diff. case, but I'm not really sure...

You might try a search...

Bump for this guy?

I'm not up to speed on S13 diffs, but I think VLSD only came with HICAS and ABS. All VLSDs are supposed to have that orange sticker, but it can fall off...

only the HICAS models with ABS had a VLSD. And I do believe that all HICAS models were DOHC's. So basically, I dont think the VLSD option was available until 1991 for 240sx's.

Sorry to shoot ya down there...
