Differential Bushings?

When i take off in 1st and reverse it will clunk alot from the back, and i think i can hear the clunk sometimes when i shift to other gears going down the road. Would that be the differential bushings?
Here's some pics of what mine look like. I have no clue if these look bad or not since i have never had a problem from a diff before, but the problems been on my z since i bought it a couple months ago.

Yeah, those need to be replaced, but the real culprit would be the other two bushings attached to the diff. more toward the front of the diff. They are also a lot easier to replace. The kit with poly bushings are not to expensive and well worth it.

Gotcha, I found a polyurethane diff bushing set on summit racing for $22 so i'll be ordering those preeetty soon. I crawled under my car and tried to snap a pic of the front ones so here are the pics.
