Different versions of TwinZ front bumpers with no lights?

Recently I was able to grab this bumper from Craigslist for a SWEEEET price :rockon:, but noticed that it doesn't have turn signals, plus there is an additional "lip" by the side ducts that I haven't seen on most TwinZ bumpers. Maybe this is V1? Bootleg TwinZ lol? Seems like most of the pics I see on Google of this "version" are on Zs in other countries.
