different turbo (HKS 3040)

I have a question my friend is selling a hks 3040 turbo and it fits!!!but here's the question Im stting this car for dirfting with a 3040 turbo it would spool around 4000rmps is this to high for drifting or should I stick with trying to get a s15 turbothanks in advanceadam

turbo's dont make you drift. Get the turbo if you want more power but willing to take the power later on versus a turbo that will spool faster but has less top end power.
