different turbo fit???

My friend is selling his Apexi IHI AX53B60-P18 T28 turbo from his Civic turbo. I am wondering is it worth getting for my sr20? I heard you can up the psi to 17-18 on it. But the bad thing is I want a turbo that I can use an external wastegate. Will this turbo be a direct swap for the t25?

it wouldnt be direct fit, obviously.

A turbo isnt car specific so to say, but the way its clocked and the oil lines/feeds are setup wont match up. Also the turbo specs might not be exactly what you'd want for your specific motor.
