I was looking to buy tires from a local firestone, I tried to look online for a good set but there were none available that matched my car. I found this strange so I asked their cust svc why I couldn’t find a matching tire on their website. They said it’s because Infiniti designates that the front and back tires should be different sizes. Is this true? If so, would anyone know the tire sizes for front/back? I have an Infiniti G37 2011 Journey sedan. I’m running on four continental procontact eco plus tires, but after just 45k miles the tires have irregular wear. Wondering if the reason is because they’re all the same size.. Anyway, they need to get replaced, continental is giving me 25% credit on those tires. Looking for replacements and found it strange that I can’t get any from Firestone?! Your input would be appreciated.

The 2011 Journey came with a couple different tire sizes. The regular Journey either has 225/55-17 OR 225/50-18 on all four wheels. The Journey with the S package is the one with staggered sizes - front 225/50-18 and rear 245/45-18.

Thanks, I'm pretty sure I have the 17inch rims so I'll go with the 225/55/17. Any tire preferences for longevity? I put about 25k miles a year on my car, all highway in south florida :)

When I replaced the OEM tires on my 2011 S sedan I went with Hankook high performance all season. They replaced Bridgestone summer tires which absolutely sucked if it even though about snow. I'm very pleased with the Hankooks. They are reasonably quiet, have good mileage so far and handle well in both wet and dry conditions. While not wonderful in snow, you can live with them. Got them from Tire Rack.

If you're just interested in touring tires, we've got Bridgestone Turanzas on my wife's 2007 G35 sedan. They have been very good. Decent handling and braking, great wear, quiet and comfortable ride. We also got those from Tire Rack. We bought them toward the end of 2013 so I don't know if that model is still available.
