I looked at their dyno charts pretty intensely, Not discopotato chart (which by the way is the sentra not the turbo itself) but the stock t25 charts. They have right around 150 hp with stock motor and exhaust. Then they bolt on an intake, exhaust and increase the boost 5 pounds over stock and pick up 40 hp. Is that a normal gain for most sr20's or is that unique to the SCC car. I had a DSM that i incresed the boost and put an exhaust on and i couldn't feel the difference in my butt but 40 you should feel big time.

Rob,

The general rule of thumb that I've heard is that you gain approximately 10hp for every 1 pound of boost increase. With regards to the SCC car, the boost probably went up because of the increased airflow from the intake, exhaust and downpipe let the turbo spin more easily, and therefore resulted in more boost.

Turbo cars are all about improving the air flow through the engine. I remember when my buddy finally got around to putting a downpipe on his Supra, he got like 40hp off the pipe alone.
