Different O2 Sensors

Ok i ahve a SR20DET redtop in my 240sx. My Edge Racing Turbo Elbow was made for a S14. I believe the red top needs the skinny O2 sensors. and the S14 needs the fatty O2 sensor. I have a Fatty O2 Sensor on my Red Top. Would this throw anything off?

I ran a fat o2 on my Redtop with no problems at all.
