dont ask me why, but i just thought of changing all my interior lights to neon green or turqoise from those dull yellows.

i figure the car is emerald, why not go crazy and match the inside?

has any expert got some answers on this as to where to buy the bulbs or to paint the bulbs???? if so what kind of spray paint is transparent ?

there has to be at least another crazy guy or girl out there who thought of this..

and how about them indiglo gauges for all other japanese makes, but infiniti. could an indiglo for maxima fit the q45?

There is an idiglo gauge out for the Q45 it has been posted here somewhere with a link.

It might take some time searching for it tho, the reactions were mostly negative but I liked it.

indiglos - search for Q45 on ebay.

Stay clear of any aftermarket bulbs as the Q is super finicky.

found the indiglo reverse for $26. 92-95 Q

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...=6773

is this really difficult to install, they recommend professional installation.

realistically, does anyone have pictures of indiglo on their rides?

I put a set in my Civic Si - Not a hard job.

Getting the Q dash apart is a pain I'm sure.

Make sure you take your time - Shouldn't be too bad... Let us know, and post some pics. I think you'll be the first!

I have a 90 and I was wondering, why are these gauges only for 92-95? That seems to be a weird string of years it covers.

Fred,

E-mailed them last night. We'll see what they have to say. My guess is that they aren't quite familiar with the differences between the years, but we shall see. The only thing i did notice is that they show a picture of the dash w/ the oil gauge top center between RPM and Speedometer.

you can get colored interior lights almost any where now. go to your local pep boyz and autozone. I've seen em at both. Pop out one of your interior lights to take with you to make sure you get the right size.

how about some neon green or turquoise glasses? (or blue would be easier to find) it's the fashion these days -- or at least was 5 minutes ago

:rolleyes

Ok, they finally e-mailed me back and said the gauges only fit the 92-95 Q's but didn't specify why. How weird is that?

It is weird. I'm definetly changing my interior lights and dash. Make sure you find a competent installer. For some, working on the Q is like brain surgery
