At low boost (0 to 5 psi) my afr was perfect (12.0 to 12.5) in 1st thru 3rd gear, but lean (14-14.5) in 4th and 5th gear. Any idea why? does the ECU has a different map for them?

I'm using calum realtime ecu btw.

Are those readings taken at WOT in all gears?

It's hard to say, you'd have to datalog the exact TPS reading to insure it's at the same part throttle and you'd also need to see what the load is on the motor. As you pass into 4th and 5th the load on the motor is more do to the decrease in gear ration of the transmission. If it's not knocking it may be fine. Tuning for part throttle is a biatch sometimes. Are you using closed or open loop?
