Hi all, was wondering if anyone know if there are differences in parts for a CATALYTIC CONVERTER in regards to a vert and non-vert 240sx's?

All the OEM parts sites shows 2 dif listings while most non-OEM dealers don't specify any differences.

Wanna make sure before I order one online and not end up with a useless ill-fitting part!

BTW - oem is around $600-800 while the non-oem are $90-200!!

Thanks all in advance for any help you guys can provide.

People can't get past the notion that the convertible is different...

It's a Coupe. Period. ASC lopped off the top.

Don't pay more than $110 shipped for a cat con.

its strange how often I heard of parts being listed as vert and non vert...Do they list different part numbers for them as well?

well some stuff WAS different... shocks/springs for example, were stiffer on the vert, but regular coupe ones work just fine... they are pretty close. and aftermarket is all stiffer anyway.Front brakes were bigger on the convertibles as well... few differences like that in the mechanicals.
