Does the S have a different front facia like the M56S? How much stiffer is the ride? Do either model have a heated steering wheel?

I am considering getting one as a commuter vehicle and I am wondering if the S suspension will be too pounding on the coldest winter days. Is the S model a noticeably better handler? I have had RWS vehicles before and it seemed like more of a gimmick. Any thoughts you have about the two options would be much appreciated.

S has active damping suspensions and rear active steer

Here are the list:
1. Seat extensions for front seats
2. High performance summer tires
3. Rear Active Steer (rear wheel will turn up to 1 degree to help better cornering)
4. Sport suspension
5. Big red S on Infiniti badge/emblem!
