differences between VH45 and VK45?

So i'm debating between which motor to use in a custom project. mostly what i need are dimensions for the VK, but i also have some questions:
is the VK fly by wire or does it have a throttle cable?
what Nissan trannys will fit up? are there adapter plates for the 350Z 6speed or Z32 5speed?
how much is the weight of a VK?
