differences between s13 and s14

Im starting a s13 full rebuild and just want to know the differences between the two if theres any big differences...and will a s13 fit in any year 240?

There are many differences.

A S13 ?what? will fit any year 240.

There are many similarities, your question is kind of vauge. The motor is interchangeable between the two. There are some slight differences in the s13/s14 block and the timing cover is slightly different. The s14 chassis is an entirely different car, completely redesigned from the s13 so there are very few similarities between the two chassis.
