What are the differences between these wheels besides one being 19in and the other 18in? And how much do they go for?

I found that the Ray's 19in wheels generally go for 800-1000 assuming wheels and tires are in good condition. Additionally that it's also forged and light-weight. But I can't seem to find much info on the 18in wheels...

Are you talking about the split spoke ray wheels? I've had the 18s and they aren't forged and are also smaller 18x7.5. Nissan does make a 18" forged wheel but i think that's for the Maxima or the 350z. You can also find other 18" nismo wheels that are made by rays and are forged.

These are the forged 19x9's.

These are the 18's

These are the 17's

Is your Google broken or something?

They also make these in 18s if you didn't know . I think that's what he was talking about but the OEM ones are hard to find. You can find the cheap aftermarket ones on ebay all day everyday..

I call on that one until i see proof. The only 18's I've seen in that style are the ebay relicas.

IIRC, they're Sedan "Sport" wheels. 18 x 7.5 +45

Thanks for the replies. I knew something was weird because I was looking at my friend's wheels and it didn't say the word forged anywhere. I was planning to get the 18s for my car because 19s seems too big. How much does the oem 18s weigh? And how much does the replicas weigh?

Oh yea, they may look kinda ghey from the pictures, but once their on a car, it looks pretty nice imo.

Dude... No. There is no way a wheel thats 7.5 inches wide with a crappy +47 offset can look nice on a 240 unless its got huge effin spacers on it...

Pass on those or you will regret it. If you want to know what good fitment specs look like, look here...

Just to clarify, the replicas are 8in wide according to the info at ebay sellers. Some of them come 9in wide for the rear. Also, what offsets would look nice for 18 x 8 wheels? The thing I like about the G35 wheels are that they clear z32 brakes and kei coilovers.

Actually, I did google them. I saw nothing that resembled the forged 19, but smaller. Plz post pics of these girly sized wheels.

OP, what car are you planning on putting these on? Sometimes I forget that not everybody on NICO drives a 240... I remember looking at those OE replica wheels for my s14. If this is for a 240, I'd try to get a set of 18x9 all around. I'm pretty sure the only offsets they were offered in was +35.

Edit: I found the link listing sizes for ya...

http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Inf....html

Two sets of the 18x9+35's are a much better option for you than the 18x7.5+47. They should fit fine with strut/spring setups, but if you have coils, you may want something in the line of a 10mm spacer with extended lug nuts. These are pretty similar to XXR 962 fitment...

Thanks for the link, I'll probably get the 18x9 + 35 for all four. I wonder how much they weigh though?

Btw it will be for my s13.

I personally would go with 17's on the s13. But plenty of ppl have used 18's just fine. Good luck!

There's a better pic of these wheels on a blue Zenki that's lower than this Kouki, but I can't find it... I prefer 18's on s14's, especially since these make Z brakes look tiny. But it still looks pimp to me. Go for it though!

18's are bit much for an S13.

That said, I have a set of 18x9 +35 forged BBS RGR's, that I've been thinking about selling. They'd be much more $$ than those replicas though. Interested?

Here's what the 19" Rays look like on an SC400

I would of gotten those off your hands, but the guy sold me the wheels with tires in near perfect condition for a good deal that I couldn't pass on. I already put them on my 240 and it rubs against my fenders if I turn too wide. So I'm going to get my fenders rolled some time next month. Anyone know how much it cost to get fenders rolled?

Pretty sad that I'm blowing my fin-aid money on hooking up my car lol...., I obviously don't know how to manage my money :x

Wait... so what wheels did you buy? The 18x7.5+47? I still haven't seen these wheels yet, so plz post pics.

Anyways, I was having lunch with my GF at her job yesterday and saw an 08 G35x sedan with these wheels on...

They look ok, but they were 17's and since they only had 225 tires on, I assume they are 7.5 inches wide. Are these the ones you guys are talking about? Or is there and 18 inch version of these?

Infiniti's offering a lot of the Coupe wheels a size smaller (and thinner) on the Sedan's with higher (sedan like) offsets.

My guess is he's rubbing the wheel well inner liner, as any G35 stock tires (especially sedan ones) are taller.

BTW, that's no my SC in the pic, but that's how mine looks right now, aside from the 97 and up side skirts.

Very rarely as RexNICO. Original I know

I wanted an SC since I sat in one at the 1992 Baltimore new car show. It only took me 16 years.

Sad thing is I drive my beater 1993 Maxima more.

I signed up at clublexus when I thought to sell my s14 for a SC300 for a 1J swap. But now I want something bigger and more mature, so I'm going for the '98 GS400 now.

Oh well. I guess I'll end the threadjack here...

I previously had the G35 rims on my car when I first got it, but it got stolen immediately after, so I got another set for it. Here's some pictures I took with my camera phone:

My side mirrors used to be lightly tinted, and I got a fix-it ticket for it. It's weird because I heard some cars from factory comes with their side mirrors lightly tinted, but it's illegal to get after-market tint for cars? Well, that's why my car windows are so damn clear now haha. Also the price for fix-it ticket went up, I had to pay like 30 or something... must be reflecting the economy lol. Also the police around here are giving a lot more tickets than usual, so it's kind of weird.

A little off-topic, but I heard there are phones coming out with like 8+ mega pixels. It's crazy how some phones have a high quality camera built into them. My phone only has 3 mp, which I think is ok for now....

I have no idea, but I purchased it because it fits, looks decent, and I got a incredible deal for it. I'm going to measure the width later on, but how do I measure the offset? It seems like a complicated process. Or maybe I just have to measure the width and that will tell us exactly what offset it is because they made these wheels with certain size and offsets...?

If these are true OEM wheels, we might be able to figure out, but I'm guessing these are "replicas" which were offered in a variety of sizes & offsets.

If they're OEM wheels, the size and offset will be clearly stamped on the back side of the wheels.
