I have heard some people talk about injectors, and how they want to install the 'new' style injectors (1994+). How are they different?

1990-92 NA's had old style injectors

1990-94 TT's had old style injectors

1990-93 Convertibles had old style injectors

Everything else has new style injectors (oval plug), old style have square plugs

I don't know if you still need info, but here is link for the fuel injector converters. It shows the difference between the connection styles.

This is why we have the "Everything you need to know" thread, nobody reads it and it has 95% of the info I have ever seen asked for apart from the very serious custom fab and engineering.
