Differences b/w S14 turbo and S15 turbo?

Help a newbie out. I tried searching, but I got like 21903801293 results, looked at the first 3 pages and quit. Well, as the subject says, can someone tell me the differences between the S14 turbo and S15 turbo? I searched around and I found out the turbine sections are different, but can anyone tell me any and all differences between the two?

the black top s14 motor has a journal bearing t25 turbo. the compressor wheel is 60 trim, 56mm. the turbine is a 62 trim, 53.8mm.

the black top s14 motor with vtc has a ball bearing turbo. it has a t28 compressor in a t-04b housing. it is 60 trim, 60mm. the turbine i believe is the same size as the other s14 motor.

the s15 sr20 has the same compressor as the s14 motor with vtc. not sure about the turbine though. it is also a ball bearing turbo.

i dont think the s15 turbo varies much with the s14 w/ vtc, if at all.
