Difference in size between S13 and S14 toe rod.

I know the S13 and S14 Toe rod are very similar because my friend got new arms and they sent him S13 toe rods by mistake but after looking at them they just need a spacer to make them fit right. Does anyone know the difference in size between the adjustable end of the two toe rods. I remeber measuring a difference of like 1/2" but I can remember exactly. Also what size is the bold hole?

Haha I knew that I needed a spacer to fit a s13 toe rod on and s14 i just don't know what size to make them.
