Difference in S13 steering rack and crossmember between 90 and 91+

I'm having a bit of trouble getting my LS1 + T56 to physically fit in my 240. Someone mentioned that there is a difference in the racks and possibly the crossmember on the 1990's. Does anyone know exactly what the difference is with the rack and if the crossmember is different?

I have a 1990 and I want to know what the difference is between that and a 91+.
