difference in length btw s13 and s14 front LCA?

i read about a year ago that s14 Lower control arms were almost 10mm longer than s13 lca's, but now all ive been hearing is that they are the same exact control arm, and only the balljoint is different. im doing a 5 lug swap on my s13, and this not being my daily driver, i would like the camber the s14 control arm would bring if it truly is longer... ive gone to several dealer ships asking to see both an s13 control arm and an s14 control arm for comparitive purposes, but no one just keeps them in stock... so does anyone know for sure??? thanks alot!

some people say 7mm longer, some people say 14.

Most say its an even 10 though...

P.S. I don't have any comparison pics. but I did look when I put the S14 arm on my car and it is noticeably longer.
