New here. Going up today to test drive. Besides the engine and trans is there any other differences? Same Bose. Same Nav. Thanks

The biggest difference is the new 7 speed CV transmission. The biggest advantage seems to be better gas mileage and a little smoother shifts. The engine has more ponies, but otherwise it is virtually identical to the 08. Other than a few very minor changes (like being able to control whether your doors lock automatically from the user interface) all packages, options and functions are the same.

It seems a good used 08 would be a good value over a new 09. 15K difference or so.

Or you still may be able to find a new '08. The dealership I go to here in Atlanta had 1 still on the lot. When I bought my '08 in January I got almost $15k off the sticker.

That's funny that Infiniti would do that because both the G37x AWD Coupe and Sedan have the new 7 speed automatic!BTW - both models of the M45 have the 5 speed auto too. Infiniti/Nissan have been behind in transmissions for years.
