Hey people, hope that you guys could help me out with this discission. Today i came upon a really good deal for front strut bar and would like to know which one you guys prefer. Here's the picture

This one looks like it was made by Cusco

This one looks like it was made by Apexi

I would like to know which one would be the better choice. Thanks

Whichever is cheaper. But, the one with the blue ends appears to be adjustable in length. I'd probably go with that one, if they were the same price.

I'd go with the red one... I'm not a fan of the one with adjustable lengths... for some reason, in my head I think: less adjustable parts, less flex

They are both the same price, i also thought the non-adjustable means less flex too. Well i'm really not sure if the blue one is Cusco, and is adjustable struct tower really neccesary? But either way, they're both cheap and both cost only $50...so does anyone else want to help me out before i get them tomorrow?

As i had installed mine at the same time as my coilovers, i had the entire front end on jack stands (wich ive heard its better to install strutbars with no weight on the struts).

I have tanabe and I found the adjustable length a big help during the install.

Today i tried to get the apexi, but was sold. So i just purchased the blue one and he told me that it was an older generation strut tower. In my opinion, it looks pretty legit and on top of that, he sold me a clean set of kouki side skirts for just $60 But the only concern is that they didn't come with any clips and accesories. Can anyone refer me to a place, where i can get these installation parts? Oh yeah, i'll hopefully post some picture of the parts soon

I have a set of the blue ones. Mine are Identical to those.

the difference between the two is so negligable, you should make the choice based on the color scheme youre going for. lol

Interesting, so are they really older gen of cusco strut tower?

Also, i looked at one of our nico member "how to install side-skirts"(purple s14) and it seemed like he just did a DIY. Is there another easier installation for the skirts, where i can just pop in some clips and double sided taps?

LOL i just wanted to know because if its easy to come off, anyone can just steal them by yanking them off. Also this might be a stupid question, but would installing this strut tower throw off the alignment slightly?
