Difference between SE?

Is there a difference between the 240SX and the 240SX SE? I need to know before I buy my car. Im 15 and am clueless anyhelp is greatly appreciated. Especially all you older guys who know more than me!

all it means is that the SE usually has more options like spoiler, power interior, alloy wheels etc. there is no major mechanical difference except for in s14's where some SE's have a stock VLSD.

i have a 91 240sx se if u are getting the s13 chassis code(89-93 i beliieve) then i would avoid the se becuase the rear spoiler holds water like crazy and u will get monster rust holes in the back as mine has! kinda saves u money on the body work later.
