Difference between S13 Vert ECU and S13 Hatch ECU?

Using JWT's ECU Identification I found that I have a spare S13 Manual Vert ECU (A11-B46 G09). Is there anything different with the Vert ECU than the Hatch ECU (A11-B44 G70)?

You don't have a manual Vert ECU. No Verts were manual.

But besides the Manual vs Auto part all '91-'94 ECUs are the same.
