Difference between S13, S14, & S15

I just recently bought my 240sx and I need to know what type it is, the car info on the door is gone, I don't know if that is where this info located or not? But I would like to know more about my 240sx.

s15s were never sent to the US.

There should be a data-plate under the hood on the firewall, passenger side.
