The pulsar NX carries either an E16 motor or a GA16i motor. The NX SE carries the CA16DE for 1987 and the CA18DE for 1988-90. The CA16 and CA18 uses the same pump. The others are different.........

Always a pleasure. How much longer before the beast is up? I'm stuck for a moment because we've had 2 cars (the sentra and my taurus SHO) get totalled within the last month and neither one was our fault. Maybe sometime next month I'll put the motor in the car, but as of now no-go.

man i've kinda hit a bump in the road, i need to just to slap the head on and start putting on all the parts on, the engine looks awsome, by digi cam took a dump the other day when i went to the beach (got wet) so no pictures,

we assembled the head with the TOMEI cams, springs and gears, de-burred, cleaned, blanced and assembled the short block with all clearenced checked with a digital micrometer, now i'm waiting on oil and water pump to go on the engine, i need to use the head-block dowell from my old engine (cant find old one), rebuilt the intake manifold and cleaned it up really nicely.. (thinking of doing the KA24 TB)

now just need the manifold and start bolting up, thats the only real keep back currently, so thinking about another two weeks or so to get a manifold made/purchaed amd bolt everything up...

i also recently got ALLOT of suspension and Brakes stuff so i got to install all that as well...

thank god all these parts are bolt up... but it is really allot to do, but i think with the time off i can concentrate on that...
