Pretty sure SR20det injectors are purple and some year are black. KA24de injectors are Red. SR injectors are interchangable into the KA24DE.

Almost instant boost but boost will drop off high end significantly.

any T25 flanged manifold will do the trick. SS autochrome sells them on Ebay. Quality isnt that great, but for the price, you can afford to replace it every 2 yrs or so. Wasabi Garage makes a T25 manifold as well, although Ive never seen one.

I also think a T25 is too small...

not enough

at least get like an s15 t28, but youre better off with a t3 flanged manifold, much better turbo selection

The most power Ive seen was from a guy called AceInHole. He made ~270whp at 14psi or so. Ive never seen anyone with that turbo even come close. He had 248*/240* cams too. I still think he's an exception to the rule. I wouldnt expect more than 250whp.

A Z31 T3 should be good for 300whp, and it can do it without as much heat and boost. And with a T3 flanged manifold, you can upgrade from the Z31 turbo to a bigger T3/T4 when youre ready.

Someone made ~220 with a t-25 and an ssauto modified mani (before they produced the ka mani) on a custom ka24de-t
