I was just wondering what is the difference between these two. I will be getting my M45 in 2 months, and I've been looking around for 6 months and I decided there is no other car for me. Well, thanks a lot, guys.

Now to the differences.

Basically:

1. Wheels. The M45 Sport has 19 x 8.5", the M45 has 18 x 8.0.

2. Rear Active Steer. The M45 Sport has it, the M45 does not.

3. "Sport-tuned Suspension". The M45 Sport has it, the M45 does not.

4. Sport Steering wheel (whatever that is). The M45 Sport has it, the M45 does not.

5. Various trim level differences too.

6. Cost is higher for the Sport.

In general, the Sport model handles much better due to the rear wheel steering, probably has a sportier (and stiffer) feel on the highway, etc. If you are looking for the best in handling, then go for the Sport, else not!
