I heard very soon Greddy is releasing an RS & Evo3 to replace their Ti-C & Evo2s.
I don't know what the difference is between them but I'm guessing the Evo is deeper?
Also as far as sound level goes am I wrong to assume the RS with silencer is quieter
than an Evo3 but louder with silencer off? I'm wondering how the RS sounds with & w/o
silencers but if the Evo3 is deeper then I'm guessing I'd prefer that than an RS with
silencer on not as deep or loud. I also have a Y-Pipe & Intake some maybe the RS will
be deep & louder anyway..this decision is driving me nuts lol

The RS is the same exact sound as the Ti-C except no burnt tips. That's what I was told by Greddy, other members have gotten the same response also, so yeah..

I've heard both exhaust systems already, RS=ti-c without burnt tips and EVO3 sounds similar to the EVO2 applications but a little louder. The EVO3 has a wider diameter piping. The RS will have removable silencers while the EVO3 has no silencers. Honestly, the EVO3 is going to be very popular once its released. It sounds AWESOME!! The guys at GReddy were surprised to get such a nice deep tone out of my 2.5 haha. Regardless, both exhaust systems are great, but I prefer the deep toned EVO3 exhaust as opposed to the higher pitched RS.

BTW, you have a couple of months to think about it. Neither exhaust will be out for about 4months

The spectrum elite/SP Elite is a completely different exhaust from the other two. It is a very "street-able" exhaust. These ones are designed to stay below ~96dB (which is typically required by law - any louder and you get noticed by the po-po).

I've noticed some applications of the Evo3 will get above that, and Greddy will offer optional silencers for it as well. I take it the TiC/RS is capable of being very loud (it is exceptionally loud on the 370Z but not nearly as bad as some other exhaust for that car) hence why they offer silencers for it.

The Spectrum Elite/SP Elite never splits into dual piping for the AC, which is a major difference between that and the RS/TiC/Evo3. It is a single pipe all the way to the canister, which then splits into two tips - it is much closer to OEM design.

A video of the exhaust on my car (2.5 2010) is up on the GReddy website. Check it out, although it doesn't do justice. It sounds a lot better in person.
