Difference between a viscous and a 2 way LSD?

I know basically what an LSD does, but what's the difference between a 2 way and a viscous?

Think of it this way.

1-way = Viscous

The 2-way locks up on deaccelleration, which can cause momentary understeer or oversteer depending on the situation.
