Difference between a 2011 and 2012 M37x

I'm looking to buy an M37x and see a 2011 M37x CPO that is $2k less than a 2012 M37x CPO and they both have the same miles. Are there many differences to the 2012 model over the 2011? As in does the 2012 have benefits not offered in a 2011 model? I'd love feedback from y'all. This is my first time looking to buy an Infiniti.

i own a 13 i am not aware of substantial difference between 11 and 12 except of course warranty
you need to establish a relationship with an Infiniti dealer you can trust i expect at most you will get opinions here

I think 2013 is when they started putting sonar on the M's. My 11 doesn't have Sonar but newer M's do. So the 2012 should be identical to the 2011
