Difference between a 1998 QX4 and a Pathfinder ?

So what is the difference between an early model QX4 and a Pathfinder?

Wiki says it is a just a re-badge with better interior, better 4WD and different styling.

different front end. that means headlights, bumper, turn signals, fogs, fenders, and hood.

different fender flares different side steps

different rear bumper

different tail gate (aka hatch) QX4 has clear turn signals in rear while pathfinder has yellow turn signals in rear

qx4 has mandatory leather while in the pathfinder its an option

pathfinder is available in 5speed and auto, while QX4 is auto only pathfinder is available in 2wd and 4wd while 98 qx4's are only 4wd (but they started making 2wd qx4's in 2001)
